One of Mark’s fav dishes BUT I will no longer make it while I am trying to prep dinner….he hovers over the stove which disrupts my majestical flow ;0) 1/2 brick of Velveeta (yuuuuuuup – if you don’t know what it is, please do not look it up…just skip this recipe- ha!) 1 container of fresh salsa or pico de gallo 1 bag of your fav tortilla chips First, melt your Veleeta in a saucepan on medium heat while stirring.
