HONEY GARLIC SHRIMP 1 – 1 1/2 lb of deveined, large shrimp 1/3 cup honey 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce 1/4 hoisin sauce 2-3 garlic cloves, minced 1 tsp minced ginger chili flakes, to taste 2 green onions, chopped 3-5 lemon wedges Rinse shrimp in cold water and place in a large ziplock bag or tupperware container. In a bowl, whisk honey, soy sauce, hoisin, garlic, ginger and chili flakes. Pour about 1/2-3/4 of the sauce over the shrimp and mix well.
