While we were in Bend this past weekend, my parent’s made reservations for us at one of the most talked about restaurants in Bend- Zydeco (http://www.zydecokitchen.com/). They have a great menu and everyone was VERY happy with their dishes at the end of the night!  Their BBQ Shrimp (w/southern grit cake) was delicious…and my sister had the Ahi Tuna with an awesome cucumber salad that I decided to duplicate last night (along with the shrimp).
