Saturday night was pretty quiet around here. Ash prepared a bunch of food for Sunday’s last minute brunch and I decided earlier in the day I would make Guinness stew.

5 months ago we were Ireland eating Guinness stew each time it was on the menu. I believed to make Guinness stew all I would need to do is…

  • cut up  my favorite ingredients
  • add two tall boy cans of Guinness
  • add 1 beef stock box into a boiling pot
  • let simmer for 1.5 hours
  • and be done.

Turns out there is more to it than I thought 😎
