THESE COOKIES ARE SOO GOOOD! Packed with flavor, soft yet firm and down right delicious…we have been selfishly hoarding them for the past 48 hours and I just ate two for breakfast :0) …. what? I went to yoga this morning…
Anyway, I found this recipe on Pinterest and modified it with a bit more peanut butter and Nutella. Here is what you need:
2 sticks butter at room temperature
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
2-3 tsp vanilla
2 2/3 cup flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2/3 – 1 cup Nutella
Cream butter, peanut butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla together in a medium bowl until smooth.
Combine the flour, baking soda and salt in a smaller bowl and mix together. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture a 1/3 at a time and mix well.
Add the Nutella in big globs on top of the dough and take a butter knife to swirl it throughout. DO NOT OVER SWIRL!
Chill the dough in the fridge for 20-30 minutes prior to baking.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and prepare 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper.
Spoon the cookies onto the sheets and bake for 10 minutes- just until slightly brown at the edges.
Yum- enjoy!! I will definitely be making these again soon…
