Believe it or not I was never raised on meatloaf. The first time I think I had meatloaf was about 3 years ago and I remember thinking…this almost tastes like a kabob, minus the ketchup, celery, carrots and whatever else people throw into their prized recipes.

So as Ash and I debated this weeks menu…she wanted to cook her meatloaf recipe and I wanted to cook my middle eastern meatloaf recipe aka koobideh kabobs; we had our first Meatloaf cook-off. Results to follow ūüėé
