Give this little home remedy a try and if you are feeling the need for a
kick, add a touch of whiskey!

What you need:

  • 2 tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar (Bragg¹s Organic Raw Unfiltered,
    preferred)
  • 1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp of honey (Organic and Local, preferred)
  • dash of cinnamon
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • hot water

Combine, adjust to taste if needed and enjoy. If you feel a cold/flu
coming on or if you are currently in battle, drink up to 3 times daily!
