What you need:
- 2 tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar (Bragg¹s Organic Raw Unfiltered,
preferred) - 1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp of honey (Organic and Local, preferred)
- dash of cinnamon
- dash of cayenne pepper
- hot water
Combine, adjust to taste if needed and enjoy. If you feel a cold/flu
