Classic Queso Dip

One of Mark’s fav dishes BUT I will no longer make it while I am trying to prep dinner….he hovers over the stove which disrupts my majestical flow ;0)
- 1/2 brick of Velveeta (yuuuuuuup – if you don’t know what it is, please do not look it up…just skip this recipe- ha!)
- 1 container of fresh salsa or pico de gallo
- 1 bag of your fav tortilla chips
First, melt your Veleeta in a saucepan on medium heat while stirring. When melted, add salsa and stir until fully incorporated.
You will need to serve this while hot so you can either make it in a dish that can go on top of sterno OR use a fondue pot.
Although tempting, DON’T enjoy it from the pan, while heating on the stove, while making dinner, while kicking Mark out of the kitchen- you might burn your lip…ouch.
