How not to make Guinness Stew

Saturday night was pretty quiet around here. Ash prepared a bunch of food for Sunday’s last minute brunch and I decided earlier in the day I would make Guinness stew.
- cut up my favorite ingredients
- add two tall boy cans of Guinness
- add 1 beef stock box into a boiling pot
- let simmer for 1.5 hours
- and be done.
Turns out there is more to it than I thought
