Honestly easy! I will let the pictures do the talking. In case you forgot here is how to prepare the fish. Next time I would use more fish, scallops and probably add octopus and shrimp. To be more creative with ceviche next time I will try to add a spice element (herb wise) not pepper.

I cut up/ chopped … 1 Rainer apple, 1 beefsteak tomato, 1 big heirloom tomato, 2 Serrano peppers, half an English cucumber, parsley, cilantro, red onion, shallot and served on top of ice berg lettuce leaf.
